I wonder: I have created a short checklist of questions and here are some examples for those in organizational life to consider regarding the question- Is there a “New Normal”:
1. What has changed over the past year that requires a “new “normal”? How do you know?
2. What crossroad issues exist now which require change, and from whose perspective? Whose voices are being sought out and heard?
3. What level of leadership consciousness is required to address organizational culture, which may never have been addressed before?
4 – What blind spots continue to be experienced by leaders in the organization? How will they know, in a safe and hopeful way?
5- Where and how will the leader’s “new normal” emerge? How will you know?
