Contributing to a book on Compassion in the UK educational system.

January 12, 2020 by Martin |

I am excited about the opportunity provided by the COeD Foundation in Birmingham, UK. to contribute a chapter in a new book. (to be published in London in 2020 by University College London) .

The book will be titled ” The Pedagogy of Compassion: A Blueprint for Schools and Colleges”.

My chapter will be on Compassionate and Spiritual Leadership in organizations. There is so much more exciting research on this topic.  In my literature review, there is some amazing evidence about the value of spiritual leadership and how this can transform all forms of organizational leadership with more preventative, kind, and positive outcomes for people in their work environment.

Stay tuned for more information and more postings of excerpts from the chapter in the future
