My Offerings

I offer services for organizations, individuals and teams, and community groups through a variety of processes, including consulting, convening, coaching, training, mentoring and supporting.

My approach guides clients in designing and stepping into their Envisioned Future, rooted in the values and activities that matter most to them. I believe in being of service to clients rather than to them. I don’t hold all the answers or know how to solve the issues you may currently be facing. I come to all my engagements with a beginner’s mindset, open and ready to listen and explore ways of aligning the inner and outer selves, of organizations as well as individuals. I aim to create a place of safety, connection and engagement so you can do the work needed to move to where you want to be.

My 2025 Offering:

Living Your Values: Building, Protecting, and Mastering What Matters Most

Picture yourself and your team in an organization where everyone’s actions reflect their deepest values, where purpose and passion drive every decision, and where challenges are met with clarity and integrity. The ‘Living Your Values’ workshop is more than a training—it’s a transformative journey. Guided by Martin Itzkow, FRSA, a globally recognized leader in values-based leadership, this immersive experience empowers you to uncover your core values, align them with your organization’s purpose, and strengthen your ability to navigate challenges with confidence and enhance your Gifts to the World.

Through dynamic exercises and meaningful discussions, you’ll leave feeling inspired, more connected to your purpose, and equipped with the tools to create lasting impact—for yourself, your team, and your organization. This is your chance to rise as a values-driven leader and build a culture of authenticity and success.”

Over the years, I believe that the most powerful transformations in our communities and organizations happen when values are championed by individuals who lead with purpose and generosity. With this in mind, I am inviting a small group of individuals who as potential changemakers will join me in a unique Master Class experience.

This is not an ordinary workshop. It is an opportunity to:
1- Explore the essence of values-driven leadership and its transformative power.

2 – Engage in meaningful discussions about inspiring change in yourself, your community and your organization.

3 – Equip yourself with tools and wisdom that can ripple outward to touch the lives of many.
