Organizational Culture

February 23, 2022 by Martin |

Is it time to discover your organizational culture (individual & collective meaning & purpose) by applying a process to ask a number of questions pre-covid-19, current Covid19, & desired culture post Covid19?

The intent is to understand what is true about your staff’s perspective how your organization is operating & what needs to be different for the future. In essence, this will provide you with two areas of focus: your employee’s value proposition or what matters the most for the future, & most importantly what new cultural accelerators need to be in place now – post Covid-19. I am in the midst of facilitating & designing the process for an organization. This will reflect on the nature of their current & their desired leadership culture. Are there critical leadership blindspots that need change?

What I know is that I will see both positive & perhaps high levels of cultural entropy, which will need to be addressed. Current literature is replete with the need for organizations to start to plan to reinvent themselves now!

Planning starts with an alignment to the pandemic model(s), a range of possible scenarios, a number of anticipated “circuit breakers”, & areas of focus of wellbeing & resilience for your employees. I have created a new planning “playbook” for this purpose
